On Thursday, April 30, students in Coach Reid’s Career Management class at Bunker Hill High School had the opportunity to visit CertainTeed / Saint-Gobain for an engaging industry tour and career exploration experience. A huge thank you to our valued community business partner for welcoming our students, providing swag, and sharing insight into the many career opportunities available within the industry. Students gained valuable exposure to workplace environments, career pathways, employability skills, and workforce readiness.
Experiences like these help connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities and inspire students as they begin exploring future career possibilities. We also look forward to them becoming part of and participating in our ICONICC (Introducing Career Opportunities Now in Catawba County) model as we continue building meaningful partnerships that help serve and support students across our community.
