Catawba County Schools has been asked to share this important opportunity from the NC Department of Public Instruction. The state is seeking feedback from parents, students, Board Members, administrators, instructional coaches, and all stakeholders on the first draft of the new K–12 Math Standards.
Please take a few minutes to complete the All-Stakeholder Math Standards Survey and share it widely with others in our community.

💪 LIVESTRONG at the YMCA of Catawba Valley – New Sessions Begin in January!
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free 12-week program designed to help adult cancer survivors regain strength, build endurance, and improve overall wellness after treatment. YMCA membership is included at no cost.
🗓️ Upcoming Sessions:

• Lincoln County Family YMCA: Starts Jan 26
• Hickory Foundation YMCA: Starts Feb 2

Additional 2026 sessions will also be offered at Phifer Family YMCA, Sally’s YMCA, and Hickory Foundation Y later in the year.
